Circlewebs provides a wide variety of services which support the activities of a website implementation. These include: graphic design, authoring of page (textual and visual) content, and in some cases photography, all of which are carried out to support the design process. Design

For a design to be successful the goals of a website will need to be established. These goals will generally be geared around advancing a client's business objectives. Once I have a clients ideas (and these goals) in focus then I can to begin to create a conceptual site map, wireframe models of possible page structure and also mockups of a clients chosen site design. Development

Development encompasses the various sub-tasks of defining a website. Choosing suitable typefaces, selecting a colour scheme and applying graphic design techniques are typical tasks which will be carried out. As the development progresses I will include further functionality into the pages under development. In short the client will see pictures turn into dynamic on-page components.
Build

When a client is satisfied that the web pages are correct and meet requirements, I will add site content (or connect a content database) to the website framework and build the whole site. After checking page loading with commonly used Internet Browsers I will then request that the client view and assess the development. Should a client wish to provide me with valuable feedback on findings, this will be most welcome but is an optional step. My aim is to produce the best interface possible for every site I develop. As you may realise this circular process (of view/feedback/rework) will bring the web pages up to a very high standard and at some point I will expect a client to make the decision to allow the site to go live.
Hosting

Naturally, if I build a web site for someone I will also provide hosting and content uploads. Circlewebs hosting will be provided at no cost for the first year (two years with my current special offer!) Also, all uploads to your web space are carried out as part of the package during this period. After this first year a client will find my hosting rates are extremely competitive!
Maintenance

Maintenance of a website will include many web optimisation services and periodic full page analysis using software tools. These checks will ensure that the site is performing correctly in terms of loading speed, browser compatibility and search engine ranking. Though Search engine optimisation (SEO) techniques are used to improve site ranking at the end of a project, the importance of these methods (in terms of page naming, keywords and site structure) should be considered long before a site implementation is embarked upon. SEO then, should be built in and not 'bolted on'. In this way the sites web pages will be indexed (by the web crawlers) far more accurately. The clients site visibility will rise as a result of this.
